Shipping times 
We aim to dispatch orders within 5 working days. 

For UK orders we use tracked services (except for single greetings cards which are sent via Royal Mail First Class post) from Royal Mail and Parcelforce.

For international orders we use Parcelforce, UPS, and DPD.


Refunds and returns
If you are not happy with your purchase we offer a full refund or exchange for unwanted goods with notification within 7 days and return with 14 days. Please email design.smith@outlook.com with the details of your order, what you would like to return and how you would like your refund issued.
