Is there a minimum order quantity?

No minimum order. Order as many or as few designs as you like — we want it to be easy to try us out.

Do you offer net 30 payment terms?

Your first order will need to be paid upfront. From your second order onwards, net 30 payment terms are available on request.

Please note that where two or more payments are made late, we reserve the right to withdraw net 30 terms and require upfront payment for future orders.

Do you offer volume discounts?

We don't offer standard volume pricing, but if you're planning an order over £425 please get in touch at hello@designsmithstudio.co.uk and we'll be happy to discuss your requirements.

Do you offer exclusivity in my area?

We do offer exclusivity arrangements in some areas. Get in touch at hello@designsmithstudio.co.uk and we'll let you know what's available near you.

Do you offer free UK delivery?

Yes — all UK wholesale orders are sent via free tracked delivery.
